Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid services availed through Prashas Research Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("Prashas", "we", "us"). Our free initial consultation, offered through the website, is not a paid service and is therefore not covered under this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• If you cancel a paid engagement before any advisory session or deliverable work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway/transaction charges actually incurred.
• If you cancel after one or more advisory sessions have been conducted, or after partial work/deliverables have been provided, a refund will be issued only for the remaining unused portion of the service, at Prashas's discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Once the full scope of an agreed service has been delivered.
• Dissatisfaction with academic outcomes (e.g., a university's admission decision, peer-review decisions), since these are outside Prashas's control and were never guaranteed.
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions without providing reasonable prior notice.
• Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Timelines & Mode

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval, and will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
