Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a free consultation or a paid engagement with Prashas Research Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("Prashas", "we", "us").

1. Free Consultation Bookings

Free consultation calls booked through our website or WhatsApp can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time, free of charge, by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Paid Service Engagements

For paid advisory, mentorship, or consulting packages, cancellation terms depend on the stage of the engagement at the time of the cancellation request:

Stage of Engagement Cancellation Terms
Before any advisory session/work has started Full cancellation permitted; refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refund amount.
After the first advisory session has been conducted Cancellation permitted; charges for sessions/work already completed will apply.
After majority of the agreed scope has been delivered Cancellation permitted, but fees for work completed are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a consultation or paid engagement, please contact us through any of the following:

4. Force Majeure

In the event a scheduled session or engagement cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, technical outages, illness), both parties will work in good faith to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
